I have to say that this cosplay really stands out among others. There a few thing why it's like this. The first one and the most noticable are wings. While usually other cosplayers do them from cardboard or other "firm"things and glue some small feathers or make the material in shape of feathers you really use (probably faux but never mind) feathers which are really nice and match those wings (although in serie those wings never had visible singular feathers on them. One question is: did you sew them to costume over the entire lenght or just in that one spot where upper and lower parts of wings connect (like it was in orginal)? Because it's hard to say how it looks at the back with this shot. Other thing - the shoes. Yay, again big congratulations for them because like others here said they don't look like plastics as you can see in some other cosplays. Two more things that turned out in this costume very nice - sleeves and pleats (or fills or folds). Usually sleeves don't look like they were inflated in most costumes. You on contruary did make them like that. And frill, man how many cosplays there are where they make her skirt without them. I mean they only sew a small and narrow upper part of each layers ans basicly skirt is like a pieces of straight materials. You made more pleats that were sew on the top which resulted in nice frills. Now that's all good but let's not make a it look like it without mistakes or few things that you can improve next time. Well basic the first thing that doesn't look too good and it's hard to make it look good is the brooch. If you want to make it not from paperm not flat or anything but like that it will in many examples "pull" the costume forward and down because of it's weight. What to do with it? Hard to say. Maybe sew wings for the brooch more firmly to costume? Second thing is the stylization of the wig. Again not a crucial part of cosplay but still something to make better. Still I find this cosplay as one of better ones among eternal version of Sailor Moon. I can see that you put a lot of effort into it and it was worth it. Congratulations.
